Delivery & Returns
Here are our delivery instructions to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and satisfactory manner:
Delivery days: We deliver every day of the week except Tuesdays. Please make sure to select a delivery date that falls on one of these days.
Delivery times: Our delivery window is between 3pm-9pm on the date selected. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the delivery during this time.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds on a per-meal basis. Please contact us to request a refund, and note that all refund requests are subject to review.
