Enjoying your meals at their absolute best is simple. Whether you are grabbing a quick post-workout bite or heating up dinner at home, follow these instructions for the perfect meal every time.
♨️ How to Reheat Your Meals
The Microwave Method (Quickest & Best for On-The-Go)
The most efficient way to heat your meal straight from the fridge.
1 Prep: Remove any cold ingredients (like fresh side salads, plastic sauce cups, or citrus wedges) from the container.
2 Vent: Crack the lid slightly or rest it loosely on top of the container to allow steam to escape.
3 Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
4 Stir & Check: Carefully remove the lid (watch out for steam!) and stir the contents to ensure even heating. If it needs more time, continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until hot.
5 Rest: Let the meal sit for 60 seconds before digging in.
The Oven Method (Best for Peak Quality at Home)
1 Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2 Transfer: Our standard meal prep containers are not oven-safe. Please transfer your food to an oven-safe baking dish.
3 Cover: Cover the dish with aluminum foil to lock in moisture and prevent the proteins from drying out.
4 Heat: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until heated completely through.
5 Dress: If your meal includes a signature Khan-Coctions sauce or dressing, drizzle it on after heating or warm it separately in a microwave-safe dish.
The Stovetop Method
1 Prep: Place a skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add a small splash of water, broth, or oil to the pan to prevent sticking.
2 Heat: Transfer the meal contents into the pan. Stir frequently for 3 to 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
3 Liquids: Bring any soups, heavy sauces, or broths to a full rolling boil before serving.

We prioritize your health and safety. Please follow these core guidelines to keep your food fresh:
Keep It Cold: Always store your meals in the refrigerator at 40°F or below. Perishable food should be refrigerated within 2 hours of purchasing or cooking.
Heat It Right: Always reheat meals to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. We recommend using a food thermometer to be sure.
One and Done: For the best quality and safety, do not reheat food more than once.
Track Your Freshness: Pay attention to the labels and dates on your containers to ensure you are enjoying your meals at peak freshness.
