What’s Included in Your Weekly Bundle:

  • Meal #2 (Breakfast): High-protein, clean-carb starts to fuel your day.

  • Meals #3 & #4 (Lunch/Mid-Day): Balanced portions of lean protein (3oz), clean complex carbs (1/2 cup), and fiber-rich veggies.

  • Meal #5 (Dinner): "Lean & Green" fish-based dinners—strictly zero carbs to optimize fat loss before sleep.

  • Metabolism Support: All meals are prepared with RCF-approved seasonings and zero-calorie cooking methods.

How It Works:

  1. Build Your Bundle: Use the selectors below to choose your favorite "Health Is Wealth" signature bowls or build-your-own protein/veggie combos.

  2. Chef Prepared: The Khan Artist Catering team prepares your meals fresh.

  3. Stay on Track: Each meal is labeled with the corresponding "Meal Number" from your RCF plan so you always know what to eat and when.
